The number of Internet users in Ukraine has reached 50% of the adult population

19.7 million, or 50% of Ukrainians at the age of 15 years are regular Internet users. While 13.3 million are included in the global network every day. This is according to a survey conducted in October by InMind commissioned by the Ukrainian Internet Association (UIA).

Over the last two years the number of regular users has increased 1.5 times – from 33% in the third quarter of 2010 to 50% in the third quarter of 2012.

The majority of Internet users are between the ages of 15 and 29 – 43%, at the age of 30-44 years – 35%, and from 45 years and older – 23%.

In this case, the Internet is equally enjoyed by both men (51%) and women (49%).
